We are happy that you are considering Mexico Point Park as the location for your event. The following guidelines will help you determine the cost and availability of the park for your special day. You can find us here or on Facebook at Casey’s Cottage.
To make a reservation please complete the following steps:
- Call the Mexico Point Park Manager at 315-963-8216 to get confirmation that the park facility is available on the day desired.
- After confirmation from the Park Manager that the facility is available on the requested date, fill out the Application Form and either mail it along with the required fee to the Mexico Town Office at:

- Once the Application Form and appropriate fee is received by the Town Clerk, the Town Clerk will notify the Park Manager to confirm the reservation.

Alcohol consumption requires an Alcohol Permit from the Town of Mexico.
Area Reservation(s) – A non-refundable donation of $25 for Mexico town residents and $50 donation for non-residents for each area reserved. A map of each of the areas that can be reserved is on the Park Information page.
Pavilion Rental – $500 to reserve the pavilion and inside foundation for the day or $100.00 per hour. A fee of $75 will be charged if garbage is left on the property. You are responsible for any damage to the facilities that may occur. 50% of the reservation fee may be refunded if you cancel the reservation 30 days prior to the event. Please, no nails, tacks, push pins, tape or glue to attach decorations. You may tie string, banners, etc. to posts and rails.
Casey’s Cottage – $500 to reserve Casey’s Cottage for the day or $100 per hour. Casey’s Cottage is an unique setting for your business meeting, small dinner parties, birthday or anniversary parties, or any small gathering. The size of the cottage limits party size to a maximum of 50 persons.
Parking – due to safety concerns and limited parking space, no event of over 150 people is permitted at the park unless specifically arranged with the Friends of Mexico Point Park. Two parking attendants must be provided starting at least one hour before the start of scheduled events of 150 or more persons. The park can provide parking attendants for $20 per hour.
Limitations – See Application Form. Reservations are not accepted for July 4, Labor Day, or when they would conflict with major annual events. Reservations are otherwise accepted on a first come basis.
All events must end and guests must leave the property by 9 p.m. Those responsible for the event may stay until 10 p.m. to finish cleanup. All equipment and garbage must be removed by 10 a.m. the following day unless previously arranged with the Park Manager.
Only bird seed, or live flower petals may be thrown during weddings, etc.
There will be an additional charge of $100 if the premises are not left as you found them, and persons responsible for the event will be held financially liable for any vandalism.
